Right or wrong

In the last six months I’ve been getting more and more interested in what I eat and what the effects of different food have on my health and physical performance. The mental performance I don’t worry too much about, I never was a brainiac to start with.

LCHF, Atkins, paleo blaha blaha…there are a million theories about what type of nutritions is optimal for us humans, but there isn’t enough talk about walk the individual needs. I’ve never heard anyone suggest to an unhealthy person that he/she should try EVERY single one of the mentioned diets for lets say three months at a time.

Therefor it up to me. Try eating fat soaked meal five times a day, try eating only diet products, try no sugar, try lots of sugar, try whatever you like, but do it in a way that makes it easy to monitor the effects.

Since December I’ve been on a vegetarian diet (sea food not included) and to be fair it not really doing anything special for me. Yet. I’ll keep it up for another two weeks and then make a little evaluation. I might get back to eating meat like a caveman or not, time will tell.

When it comes to eating ”clean” food I am forever transformed though. Read this article if you like to know the difference between two products that are often mixed up.

 Butter vs. Margarine

It’s in Swedish, so you’ll have to                                                        use a Translate-to-retarded-English-plugin.
